Investigation on organic –inorganic hybrid materials for new generation resistive switching memory application
The project is under the scheme of Collaborative Research Proposal, funded by the Technical Education Quality Improvement Project -III (TEQIP-III). The project proposal is Investigation on organic-inorganic hybrid materials for new generation resistive switching memory application. This will full fill the requirements of next-generation memory technology in the following terms. a) it is a high-speed, high-density and the non-volatile memory device. b) It is a reasonably low-cost device. c) It will provide a proper solution for the replacement of storage and processing class of memory by a single memory.
